Installation Art for
The Cultivation of Culture Vultures
A commission by the National University of Singapore
Centre for the Arts for the NUS Arts Festival
University Cultural Centre Foyer, Singapore
In the Cultivation of Culture Vultures, citizens roam freely amongst the urban symphony. They sow melodic seeds, reap in crops of theatrical delight, and celebrate their harvest with dances all night long. Drawing inspiration from Bollywood movie posters, stained glass windows and Chinese propaganda prints, the installation aims to create a mythical oasis of visual mash-ups that features the 23 arts group under the NUS Centre for the Arts.
